TCK-42L : High rigidity, heavy cutting, high stability: adopt integral casting type inclined bed, 45 ° inclined guide rail.

The spindle box is designed to reduce thermal deformation in order to achieve high accuracy and stability of cutting. 
The lubrication system adopts the quantitative pressure type thin oil lubrication system to lubricate every lead screw, guide rail and other lubrication points, and improves the stability of the machine tool.
The guide rail adopts Precision Roller-type linear guide rail, the rail width is 35mm, the slide block contacts through the roller line, greatly improving the rigidity; the basic hard rail rigidity but greatly improving the durability; the slide saddle guide rail span is big, can support long time heavy cutting.
The hydraulic tailstock is adopted, and various materials can be processed by adjusting the cylinder pressure. Thermal stability: the use of high-speed rolling bearings, quantitative grease seal lubrication, to ensure the body and spindle temperature thermal stability.

You can choose different CNC control system with different price : Mitsubishi, TAIWAN SYNTEC, FANUC Oi-MF plus(5) or others.

2. DELIVERY TIME    
   It depends on the machine and model you choose. Mostly 2 months - 4months. All machines are 100% new and not used.  

3.  PAYMENT TERM 
   T/T 30% down payment when order, 70% balance payment before shipment.

4. WARRANTY PERIOD
   13 months from the date of B/L, during the warranty period, daily damage parts will be supplied freely,  the after sale service will be done by dealers . After warranty period, the spare parts will be supplied at factory price.
